On View
Not on viewLondonio's first series consisted of seventeen plates of pastoral subjects dedicated to the Cardinal of Milan, Giuseppe Pozzobonelli, a prominent intellectual and collector. This is a rare proof before letters of the title page to the series. In its second state, the dedication to the Cardinal is introduced to the blank tablet. The Blanton also possesses a complete series of twelve plates, dedicated to Lord Exeter, from Londonio’s Neapolitan period
